Application reference

1. CM 5233 is a secondary dispersion, and color paste can be directly added during paint production;

2. CM 5233 can be used in conjunction with curing agents from most manufacturers such as Wanhua;

3. The paint film prepared with CM 5233 can self dry at room temperature or be baked at low temperature, and the recommended baking temperature should not exceed 80 ℃;

4. Recommended solvents: BCS，DPNB , DPM;

1. No anti rust pigment filler, substrate: tinplate/cold-rolled sheet; After drying for 2 days and baking at 80 ℃ for 3 hours, various indicators were tested.

Process description:

1 Put 1-8 into the dispersing cylinder in order and stir at high speed to disperse evenly.

2. Grind the above materials with a sand mill and control the speed and temperature. The temperature should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius. Grind them to a fineness of less than 20 microns before proceeding to the paint mixing process.

3. In the paint mixing process, add 9 and 10 in sequence and stir evenly. Add 11 and 12 to adjust the viscosity, then add 13 and stir evenly before packaging.

1. Substrate: tinplate, baked at 150 ℃ for 30 minutes
